Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage haematological malignancies - acute leukaemias, lymphomas, myeloma, and myeloproliferative disorders
• Administer chemotherapy and immunotherapy regimens for haematological cancers
• Manage non-malignant haematological conditions - anaemia, ITP, haemophilia, and coagulopathies
• Oversee bone marrow aspiration, trephine biopsy, and bone marrow transplant procedures
• Manage haematopoietic stem cell transplantation (autologous and allogeneic)
• Interpret peripheral blood smears, bone marrow reports, and flow cytometry results
• Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and blood bank teams for transfusion management
• Conduct haematology OPD, infusion clinic, and day care chemotherapy services
• Participate in tumour boards and maintain chemotherapy protocols

Qualifications & Requirements

DM or DNB in Clinical Haematology; valid NMC registration. BMT experience is highly desirable.
