Key Responsibilities

• Plan and administer chemotherapy, targeted therapy, immunotherapy, and hormonal therapy for solid tumours
• Manage haematological malignancies in collaboration with haematology
• Participate in multidisciplinary tumour board meetings for cancer staging and treatment planning
• Handle oncological emergencies - febrile neutropenia, tumour lysis syndrome, SVC syndrome
• Oversee palliative care and pain management for advanced cancer patients
• Conduct infusion clinic and day care chemotherapy services
• Evaluate eligibility for clinical trials and enrol patients where appropriate
• Interpret biopsy reports, molecular markers, and PET-CT findings
• Maintain chemotherapy protocols, safety standards, and documentation

Qualifications & Requirements

DM or DNB in Medical Oncology; valid NMC registration.
