Key Responsibilities

• Manage general paediatric ward cases - acute infections, febrile illness, bronchiolitis, and gastroenteritis
• Oversee the Paediatric ICU and manage critically ill children on ventilatory support
• Conduct neonatal assessments and manage newborn ward patients
• Diagnose and manage developmental disorders, failure to thrive, and nutritional deficiencies
• Manage common paediatric emergencies - seizure, anaphylaxis, and severe dehydration
• Oversee immunisation programme and well-baby clinics
• Diagnose and manage paediatric chronic conditions - asthma, juvenile arthritis, and congenital heart disease
• Collaborate with paediatric subspecialists for complex cases
• Conduct paediatric OPD and growth monitoring clinics

Qualifications & Requirements

MD or DNB in Paediatrics; valid NMC / State Council registration.
