Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial fertility assessments for couples - hormone profiling, semen analysis, and baseline USG
• Design and manage controlled ovarian stimulation protocols for IUI and IVF cycles
• Perform oocyte retrieval (OPU), embryo transfer, and intrauterine insemination
• Oversee laboratory procedures - embryology, ICSI, PGT-A, and cryopreservation in collaboration with embryologists
• Manage recurrent implantation failure, recurrent miscarriage, and poor ovarian reserve cases
• Provide preconceptional counselling and genetic screening guidance
• Handle hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, and fertility-preserving surgical procedures
• Maintain ART cycle documentation and comply with ICMR ART Act regulations
• Counsel patients on success rates, risks, and alternative fertility treatment options

Qualifications & Requirements

MD / DNB in Obstetrics & Gynaecology with fellowship or certification in Reproductive Medicine / IVF; ICMR ART Act compliance required.
