Job Description:
Teaching and Curriculum Development: Pathology Assistant Professors are involved in designing and delivering lectures, laboratory sessions, and clinical teachings related to pathology. They develop course materials, prepare lesson plans, and assess students' performance through examinations and assignments. They may also contribute to curriculum development and revision.
Research and Scholarly Activities: Assistant Professors are expected to engage in research activities within the field of pathology. Conduct independent research projects, collaborate with other faculty members, and publish research findings in scientific journals. They may also participate in conferences and present their work.
Mentoring and Supervision: Assistant Professors provide guidance and mentorship to medical students, residents, and junior faculty members. Supervise research projects, assist in preparing presentations or publications, and offer career advice to aspiring pathologists.
Administrative Responsibilities: In addition to their teaching and research duties, Assistant Professors may be involved in administrative tasks within the medical college. This may include serving on committees, participating in academic meetings, and assisting in the accreditation process.

Qualifications and Requirements:
