Position: Operation Theatre Technician. Location : Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. Education Requirements : Diploma, BSC. Experience : Fresher or Experienced. Employement Type : Full Time. Salary : 16000 to 40000 Rs Per Month(Negotiable). Position Overview: Preparing the Operation Theater: Setting up the operation theater before surgeries, ensuring cleanliness, sterilization, and availability of necessary equipment, instruments, and supplies. Assisting the Surgical Team: Providing assistance to surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses during surgeries by passing instruments, sutures, and other required items. Anticipating the needs of the surgical team and responding quickly and effectively. Operating Equipment: Operating and maintaining various equipment used in the operation theater, such as anesthesia machines, surgical lights, sterilizers, monitors, and other specialized devices. Sterilization and Infection Control: Ensuring strict adherence to infection control protocols, including sterilization of surgical instruments, maintaining aseptic conditions in the operation theater, and disposing of medical waste properly. Patient Care: Assisting in patient positioning on the operating table, ensuring their safety and comfort. Monitoring patients during surgery, including vital signs, anesthesia administration, and documenting patient information accurately. Emergency Preparedness: Being prepared for emergency situations in the operation theater and assisting the surgical team during resuscitation efforts if required. Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of surgical procedures, equipment usage, patient information, and other relevant data.
