Job Description:
Teaching: You will be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting laboratory sessions, and leading discussions on various topics related to pathology.
Teaching both undergraduate and postgraduate students, covering areas such as general pathology, systemic pathology, clinical pathology, and histopathology.
Research and Publication: Engaging in research activities is an integral part of the role. Expected to conduct independent research in pathology, publish research papers in reputed medical journals, and present findings at conferences or seminars. This contributes to the advancement of knowledge in the field and helps maintain the institution's academic reputation.
Student Evaluation: Assessing students' progress and performance through examinations, assignments, and practical evaluations is another important aspect of the job.
Responsible for evaluating students' understanding of pathology concepts, providing feedback, and guiding them towards improvement.
Mentoring and Guidance: As a Pathology Professor, you will serve as a mentor to students, providing guidance on career choices, research opportunities, and further specialization in the field.
You may also supervise students' research projects, dissertations, and clinical rotations.
Collaborations and Consultations: Establishing collaborations with other departments, medical institutions, and research organizations is encouraged.
Engage in collaborative research projects, participate in interdisciplinary discussions, and provide consultation services in pathology to healthcare professionals.
Committee Participation: Serving on various committees within the institution, such as curriculum committees, research committees, or accreditation committees, may be required.
Active involvement in administrative duties and decision-making processes is expected.

Qualifications and Requirements:
