We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cardiothoracic Surgeon to join our esteemed healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, exceptional surgical skills, and a commitment to providing world-class patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clinical Duties:
Perform a wide range of complex cardiac surgical procedures, including coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG), valve replacements, heart transplants, and minimally invasive cardiac surgeries.
Diagnose and treat various cardiovascular diseases, such as coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, aortic disease, and congenital heart defects.
Provide comprehensive pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care to patients.
Manage complex cardiac cases, including those requiring advanced surgical techniques and technologies.
Participate in cardiac catheterization procedures and other interventional cardiology procedures.
• Administrative Duties:
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including cardiologists, anesthesiologists, and intensivists, to ensure optimal patient care.
Participate in clinical research studies and contribute to the advancement of cardiac surgery.
Mentor and supervise junior doctors and residents.
Adhere to hospital policies and procedures, including quality assurance and infection control guidelines.
Participate in administrative tasks, such as scheduling, record-keeping, and report writing.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education:
MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
MS/MD in General Surgery.
MCh in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
Fellowship in Cardiothoracic Surgery (preferred).
• Experience:
Minimum of 0 to 23 years years of experience as a Cardiothoracic Surgeon in a reputable healthcare setting.
Proven track record of successful surgical outcomes.
Experience in a variety of cardiac surgical procedures, including complex cases.
• Skills:
Excellent surgical skills and a high degree of manual dexterity.
Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in medical software and electronic health records.
Additional Requirements:
