Salary : 100000 to 125000 Rs Per Month(Negotiable).
· Teaching Responsibilities: Conduct lectures, practical sessions, and tutorials for undergraduate and postgraduate medical students on anatomy.
· Curriculum Development: Contribute to the design and enhancement of the anatomy curriculum in alignment with medical education standards.
· Research Activities: Engage in academic research and encourage students to participate in research projects related to anatomy.
· Student Assessment: Develop and evaluate assignments, quizzes, and exams to assess student knowledge and progress.
· Laboratory Supervision: Oversee dissection and histology labs, ensuring proper understanding of anatomical structures.
· Clinical Application: Integrate clinical relevance into teaching by correlating anatomy with medical practice.
· Mentorship: Guide students in academic and professional development, including career counseling.
· Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues in planning academic schedules and interdepartmental activities.
· Professional Development: Stay updated with advancements in the field by attending workshops, seminars, and conferences.
· Medical Ethics: Promote ethical practices in learning and application of anatomical knowledge.
· Administrative Duties: Participate in departmental meetings, report preparation, and accreditation activities.
· Library and Resource Management: Assist in acquiring and maintaining anatomical teaching materials and models.
· Community Engagement: Contribute to health awareness and medical education initiatives within the community.
· Compliance: Adhere to the policies and guidelines set by the Medical Council of India (NMC) and the institution.
