Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Cardiologist to join our esteemed healthcare team. As a key member of our cardiology department, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive cardiac care to our patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of heart diseases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Care:
. Conduct thorough patient consultations, medical histories, and physical examinations.
. Diagnose a wide range of cardiac conditions, such as coronary artery disease, heart failure, arrhythmias, and valvular heart disease.
. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication management, lifestyle modifications, and procedural interventions.
. Perform invasive and non-invasive cardiac procedures, such as angioplasty, stent placement, and echocardiograms.
. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
. Provide education and counseling to patients and their families regarding heart health and disease management.
• Clinical Services:
. Participate in clinical research studies to advance the field of cardiology.
. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including cardiothoracic surgeons, internists, and primary care physicians.
. Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.
. Participate in teaching and mentoring medical students and residents.
Qualifications:
• Education:
. MD degree in Medicine
. DM/MCH in Cardiology
. Valid medical license to practice in India
• Experience:
. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in cardiology
• Skills:
. Strong clinical skills and diagnostic acumen
. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
. Proficiency in performing invasive and non-invasive cardiac procedures
. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
. Strong organizational and time management skills
