Salary : 160000 to 200000 Rs Per Month(Negotiable).

Job Description:

Teaching: You would be responsible for delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, and providing guidance to undergraduate and postgraduate medical students in the field of pathology. This includes preparing and delivering lectures, developing course materials, and evaluating students' progress through assessments and examinations.

Research: You would be expected to engage in independent or collaborative research activities in the field of pathology. This involves conducting experiments, analyzing data, publishing research papers in reputable journals, and applying for grants to fund research projects. Your research may focus on various aspects of pathology, such as disease mechanisms, diagnostic techniques, or therapeutic interventions.

Clinical Duties: As an associate professor, you may have clinical responsibilities that involve providing diagnostic pathology services, reviewing and interpreting laboratory test results, and contributing to patient care. This could include participating in multidisciplinary meetings, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and providing consultations when needed.

Mentoring and Supervision: You would be expected to supervise and mentor junior faculty members, research scholars, and students pursuing postgraduate degrees in pathology. This involves guiding their research activities, providing constructive feedback, and supporting their professional development.

Administration and Academic Service: You may be required to contribute to administrative tasks, such as participating in departmental meetings, curriculum development, and committee work. Additionally, you may be involved in organizing conferences, workshops, and seminars related to pathology.

Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest advancements in the field of pathology through attending conferences, workshops, and professional development programs is crucial. It is expected that you maintain an active interest in ongoing research and incorporate new knowledge into your teaching and clinical practice.
