Position: Senior Resident, Consultant in Gynaecology.
Location : Eluru, Andhra Pradesh.
Education Requirements : MS, DNB.
Experience : 0 to 22 Years.
Employement Type : Full Time
Salary : 150000 to 250000 Rs Per Month(Negotiable).

Job Description:

Diagnosis and treatment: Gynecologists are responsible for diagnosing and treating medical conditions and diseases related to the female reproductive system. Conduct thorough examinations, perform tests and screenings, and interpret results to diagnose conditions accurately. Providing appropriate treatment options, including medication, surgery, or other procedures, depending on the patient's condition.

Routine check-ups: Conduct routine check-ups for women, which may include pelvic exams, Pap smears, breast examinations, and general health assessments. These check-ups aim to detect any abnormalities, diseases, or conditions early on and provide necessary interventions or preventive measures.

Pregnancy care: Gynecologists play a crucial role in providing prenatal care to pregnant women. They monitor the health of both the mother and the developing fetus, conduct regular check-ups, perform ultrasounds, and address any concerns or complications that may arise during pregnancy. They also provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, and overall well-being during this time.

Family planning and contraception: Gynecologists assist women in making informed decisions regarding family planning and contraception. They discuss various birth control methods, their effectiveness, and any associated risks or benefits. Gynecologists also offer counseling on fertility issues and options available for those planning to conceive.

Menstrual disorders: Gynecologists diagnose and treat menstrual disorders such as irregular or heavy periods, painful menstruation (dysmenorrhea), and hormonal imbalances. They provide appropriate medical interventions, prescribe medications, and offer advice on managing symptoms.

Reproductive health: Gynecologists promote reproductive health and provide guidance on maintaining optimal reproductive function. They educate women about sexually transmitted infections (STIs), offer screenings, and advise on safe sexual practices. Gynecologists also address issues related to menopause and provide support and treatment options for women experiencing menopausal symptoms.

Surgical procedures: Gynecologists perform various surgical procedures when necessary. These may include hysterectomies, removal of ovarian cysts, tubal ligation, and treatment of conditions such as endometriosis or fibroids. They also provide pre-operative and post-operative care, ensuring the patient's safety and well-being throughout the process.

Educational requirements:
Medical degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution.
Postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) in Gynaecology.
